1. Subscription & Access

FEMYRANGEPRO+ is offered as a monthly or annual subscription through Whop.com. A 7-day free trial is available on all plans. After the trial period, your chosen subscription plan will be charged automatically to your payment method on file. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your payment information is current.

2. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use FEMYRANGEPRO+ on your own TradingView account during the active subscription period. You may not:

• Resell, sublicence, share, or distribute access to the indicator to any third party
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the indicator's code, signals, or outputs in any form
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithm or code
• Use the indicator on behalf of a third party without our written consent
• Share your login credentials or subscription access with any other person

3. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, indicator logic, branding, and materials on femyrange.com and within FEMYRANGEPRO+ — including the PowerMeter, CheckPointZone, FemyRange OptionPro, all subsystem logic, and all Market Insight content — are the proprietary intellectual property of FEMYRANGEPRO+ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. No Financial Advice

FEMYRANGEPRO+ is a technical analysis tool for educational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors. Nothing within our platform constitutes financial advice. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FEMYRANGEPRO+ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

You agree not to use our website or services in any way that: violates any applicable law or regulation; is fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive; infringes the intellectual property rights of others; or interferes with the security or integrity of our platform.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to our business. Upon termination, your licence to use FEMYRANGEPRO+ immediately ceases.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
